ThinkHealth Integrative Psychiatry, PC provides outpatient, office based and non-emergent services. Since this is a small practice, it is not equipped to manage psychiatric conditions that require urgent care or 24/7 treatment or other forms of intensive services.

Certain patients with recurrent crisis in their mental health conditions require a large team and multiple providers from various disciplines (e.g. psychiatric sub-specialists, case managers, social workers, psychologists, etc.) and this type of care is not available at this location. Other services not provided at this practice are - Court-related testimony, paperwork or mandated treatment, , long term disability assessments and emotional support animal paperwork.

Do you accept insurance ?

ThinKHealth Integrative Psychiatry is Out of Network(OON). We donot accept any insurances and strive to have an upfront and transparent pricing for services. You are welcome to use your insurance for medications and labwork. Due to state and federal rules we are not able to offer this model to those with medicaid or medicare plans even if patient wishes to pay out of pocket.

A superbill can be provided upon request for reimbursement .

Many insurance plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network charges, sometimes up to 60-80%. Please contact your insurance carrier to inquire about your specific plan

What is a superbill ?

A medical superbill is a detailed invoice about a medical encounter that includes medical billing codes for services rendered. You can submit this your insurance company - who uses the superbill to evaluate the healthcare claim and determine reimbursement eligibility and rates..

What is the payment method ?

Payment is made via a credit card that is stored on file . Payment is due 48 hours before scheduled appointment and the credit card will be charged at that time.

What is your no show policy?

A no show is charged at no-show rate. There is a 10-minute grace period. Patient’s arriving to their appointment(inperson or tele health) more than 10 minutes past the start time will be considered a no-show and charged per this policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made atleast 48 business hours in advance

Can you do sliding scale or discounted rate ?

We do not offer discounted fees or sliding scales . Fees as outlined are same for all the patient .

Do you see adults and children at this location ?

Yes. Dr Patil is board certified in both adult and pediatric psychiatric and hence is able to see patients as young as 5 years old and upto 65 years of age
